As a lot of you know, IBM helps to run a set of world-wide user groups across many of its products. Pre-COVID I had the pleasure of meeting many of our Virtualize family world-wide, and over the last 18 months we’ve continued these events, all be it in a virtual form.
The Nordic User Group, which grew out of the original “TSM” (Spectrum Protect) user group has gone from strength to strength and just last week we had over 325 people registered for the Spring event. Who knows, come Winter we maybe back to “in-person” – who knows!
As well as helping users to get the most out of our products, I’ve met so many IBM Business Partners world-wide. This week one of those, Cristie-Nordic, who have traditionally come from a data-protection background asked if I’d like to join their next “TechTalk”.
The event is open to all, you can find all the details at the link provided, the plan is a “talk” not an hour of presentation slides, maybe just two or three background images, but were plan to have an open and engaging discussion with the panel and attendees – everything performance.
